Sometimes I feel like as though I'm building these walls. I cocoon myself from every possible disheartening circumstance I could ever and probably would ever encounter.
The words of a close friend made me realise how bottling up my own feelings could be detrimental~outburst of emotions/rage which in turn results in an ugly need for defense and self justification
